1.- The undersigned is authorized to sign on applicant behalf.
2.- By submitting this form, the undersigned understands it is a commitment of purchase. The organization represented by the undersigned is responsible for submitting payment in full as indicated on the issued invoice.
3.- A rate of 12% will be charged on all over due accounts.
4.- Any legal fees incurred by The Wharton Group Inc. for the collection of over due accounts shall be paid by the client.
5.- Credit card payments will be subject to a 2.5% processing surcharge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1.- Cancellations made 60 calendar days prior to the execution of the purchased service will be subject to a partial refund of 75% of the fee.
2.- Cancellations made 59 calendar days prior to the execution of the purchase service not be elegible for a refund.
3.- The organizers of Expo Vente a Canadá may at any given time and without prior notice, cancel booth participation and, at its discretion, provide a full or partial refund of incurred fees.
